Please Note: if you are booking a color appointment for the first time please call the salon so that we can book the proper appointment and length of time for you. If you would like your hair blown dry and styled after your color service is finished please let us know when you are booking your appointment. This is an additional service and therefore a charge will apply. We also provide blow dryers to you should you wish to blow dry and style your hair before you leave the salon.

Color corrections, first time color, and multiple color services will require more time and require scheduling by our Front Desk. First time appointments that are booked online may not be honored as there may not be enough time for proper and attentive service. Cancellation Policy

Credit card information is required to schedule an appointment.

In order to ensure that all of our guests are given the opportunity to see their service providers, we are tweaking our cancellation policy. Our cancellation policy will now require a phone call before the close of the business the day before your appointment in order to avoid the late/no show cancellation fee. The late/no show cancellation fee is the full amount of all of your services on that day for all departments.

This means for Tuesday cancellations, you will need to call our front desk by close of business on Saturday, which is currently 5:00pm.

We will no longer be accepting email or text cancellations. Due to the nature of the salon business, it does not give us enough notice to make sure the information gets relayed properly, nor the waitlist clients time to be notified to fill the schedule.

Phone calls by the close of business the day before your appointment will allow our waitlist guests the opportunity to slide into a coveted appointment time with enough notice to plan. This also decreases any negative impact to the income and schedules of your favorite service providers.

If you require any type of correction to your hair service, please notify us promptly. Any corrections must be done within 7 days of your initial appointment. Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be granted. We stand by our services and will do everything to ensure your satisfaction.
